2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person, family, or from the same device is prohibited. yesbbd reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts if suspicious activity is detected.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

• The name, mobile number, and bank or mobile banking details provided at registration must be accurate.
• yesbbd may request a national identity card or other documents at any time for identity verification purposes.
• If information is found to be false or incomplete, the account may be suspended or cancelled.

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the yesbbd platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must be made using the registered name and mobile number.
• Deposits made in a third party's name or from a third party's account are not accepted.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, contact support and keep proof of the transaction.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
